If I could give negative stars it would be -5. Charged me 5000 to fix AC system and did not fix the problem. While they had it apart I asked to change all of my blend door actuators. They did not do it now they want to charge me 1500 to 2000 more to change a blend door. Never use the place they will just rip you off and not fix your problem.

Sales vs. Service Center customer service comparison. My overall customer service experiences between the two departments were night and day. My experience with Sales was exceptional. Whereas service center experience was well below satisfactory borderline terrible with multiple messages containing questions about repairs, rental procurement process through warranty and multiple requests for the reservation info going unanswered. Add that to the zero calls I received about updates or to provide requested information. Very easy transaction. Very transparent with no back and forth. Only suggestion would be to improve paperwork process though electronic docusign, etc to minimize time at the dealership

I took our 2014 Chevy trax with only 1,450 miles on it in for a warranty repair on the front grill. The chrome was pealing. The service department refused to honor warranty and make a repair. I waited over a hour after my appointment time. They told me to take it to the selling dealership very rudely since they didn’t sell it to me. I tried to buy it there. They did not have the color we wanted. Nimnicht Chevy in Jacksonville said no problem with making the repair.

I will increase my rating to a five star as soon as I get my other key to the vehicle. I really liked dealing with this dealership.

Cole is the one that actually helped us and he was great! Would deal with him again if the opportunity arises. John (I believe), the Sales Manager, not very polite and hard to deal with.

I was promised to have a 2nd key made with my purchase of my car. I have not heard back from salesman, and I have been by there twice.

I found my next used car on CarGurus and sent an email. Scott contacting the same day and was very easy to talk to. Came in a day later to test drive this Acura RDX and Scott helped explain the features with much knowledge. He was direct and trustworthy. I knew I was going to buy this car if they could meet my budget. It was a fair transaction and I did save some money. Everyone was thorough and worked quickly with no xx! I will be bringing the RDX in to them for servicing. Very pleased.

Scheduled oil change and tire rotation for 11:00; when I arrived, there were no service agents anywhere in sight. Fifteen minutes later agent arrived; car went in for service at 11:30 and reappeared shortly after noon, but again there were no service agents to be seen. Agent reappeared at 12:30 and took care of another customer. I was finally able to pay for service after 1:00 PM.

Reliable , consistent, good communication. Reasonable rates . Knowledgeable. Courteousness. Ben in service does a great job

Service advisor was very attentive but the problem is the technician in the quick lube service were awful. One was smoking a cigarette the other one was talking and showed no motivation to get the service done. Never did the ten point inspection. I came home and my washer light came on. Go figure. I go because Ben is a good service advisor.

Way to expensive to just get a reason for light on the dash it cost $150.00

I had my 2010 Yukon towed in to have a battery replaced. Two days later, and over $200 for an "evaluation" and installation labor, plus the $200 battery, I walked out with a $400 bill. I will never set foot in this dealership again for any reason. Being a life-long GM owner, it pains me to go elsewhere, but this dealership just doesn't get it.

GMC truck repair not satisfied on service work still had same issue once I picked up and service engine light on. Why didn’t they recheck even took an extra day for them to repair.

Dealer has a truck on the web site like it is for sale. Drive from Callahan to look at the vehicle and was told it was ordered for someone and not for sale. I called the dealer to ask why it was on the website and not for sale. Was told the gm must have put it on the website when it was ordered. Dealer should make sure that the website is accurate to prevent customers from wasting half a day in time and the gas to look at a truck that was never for sale.

Do not trust. They are willing to mislead you and bargain in bad faith after making an agreement. They said a deposit was unnecessary, then backed out of deal witha lame excuse (lied).

I brought my new Chevy vehicle to Ron Anderson for a possible warranty issue cracking headlight lenses and to schedule the first oil change. From the beginning the service writer was more pessimistic, he began by detailing the things that GM would not cover. He then went on to tell me that it was possibly how I was washing the vehicle. Sister-n-law's suv was towed in cause it stopped. come to find out it was a o2 sensor.. Service tech was very rude when we was told that he recommends this and that to total out of pockets more then 900.00. mind you suv has less then 70k miles on it and its not due for all this. Worst Chevrolet dealer repair shop. Most people don't know much about their cars when they need repairs. Anderson Chevrolet has a Doctorate Degree in gouging the unsuspecting customer. I took my vehicle in to have a part replaced. The retail price on the part was less than $100.00. Left the vehicle with them, and they said that they would call me and let me know the cost. We were traveling from PA to Florida and had a serious fuel leak. Called and spoke with Jesse Phillips. He gave us directions. We arrived and they got us right in. They replaced the filter housing. Absolutely pathetic unprofessional service. Dropped off at 10:30 am for oil change/rotate/balance and said needed by 4:00 pm. Arrived back at 5:20 pm and wasn’t done. Next day, advisor left message at 11:20 am that she needed my address to complete paperwork but left non-working number to call back. When I did get vehicle, notice the next service date sticker was 32,000 miles from current odometer reading. Reviewed paperwork and it had mileage listed 27,000 greater than the odometer read. Just moved here and want to support local business but cannot this one.

Took my car to get the oil changed, tire rotation, balance and to have my door adjusted. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from this Dealership and had vehicles serviced on several occasions. They have an obvious culture of not showing any appreciation or being polite with a greeting and simple “how are you”? The waiting area for owners getting any type of service consists of 7 chairs and a television. No water, coffee or anything else to make the person feel welcome. They should take notice of just a few competitors: Beaver Chevrolet has Coffee, water, snacks, and Jimmy John sandwiches. Took a while (week) to find the leaks in my Hummer, correct them and clean the resulting mold. Throughout Mike P did a good job of keeping me apprised of the situation. Unfortunately was quite expensive but I think they did the job successfully. Time will tell.

Wasn’t real happy this time. Took truck up because check engine light came on. The light went off before I got there. Left it anyway. John called and said that it was ready, no explanation. Dropped car off Sunday and did not get back till Friday. Almost entire week to get a service light checked. Friendly service manager, but dealer must need to hire more master mechanics.

I had purchased a 2019 Jeep Latitude from Davis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Yulee, Fl. They didn't tell me it had a bad car fax and the salesperson pressured me into the purchasing the Jeep. Fortunately i found Ron Anderson Chevrolet Buick GMC and a wonderful salesperson by the name of Mark Layfield. He helped me find the right vehicle and there was no pressure. This is the 4th time I had my car in for misfire on cylinders 3 and 8. It is a random problem not easy to find and the service escalated to GM to get the problem corrected. I do have permission to bring car back as soon as it happens without an appointment to get problem resolved. It is hard chasing a ghost. The team was very professional and explained everything..

The service rep replaced the battery under warranty. The next day the Check Engine light was back on and is still on. Guess they forgot to do a follow up diagnostic check?? Now we have to figure when we can leave the car again...…..

The process and cost for services are sketchy. This has been my experience the last two times I took my 2 vehicles in. Something has changed and I’m not happy. I’m not treated like a valued customer anymore. I’m exploring alternatives and moving to another service provider.

Replaced front and rear pads and rotors.... a bit more expensive than what I was expecting, to be honest. Also replaced two front tires as they each had a slow leak. Brian Blackmon did a nice job and is most courteous.
