Had vehicle serviced. Had basic PM done like oil change, tire rotate etc. Service rep friendly. Tried to sell me something I didn’t need, but I knew better and said no. No pressure once I said no. Two small things I’d ask them to consider in future are: 1) run every car thru car wash. My old dealership did this perk and it was nice. 2) Have service reps greet/meet customers with masks on. I know it’s open air, but with Covid would be nice consideration. All customers I saw had masks.

I had a service appointment and used a points voucher. The service advisor was courteous and worked diligently to ensure my car care was timely and that all issues were addressed.

scheduled oil change took about an hour which was stated up front no issues.

Quick efficient service

The buying process was very easy and efficient. We actually bought a different vehicle (upgraded) than the model we went to see after the sales representative listened to our needs and recommended a bigger vehicle which only cost a little more. We were in and out within three hours, including a test drive. We are repeat customers and very happy!
