Dalton was absolutely amazing. I was broken down in the road one evening (2023 GMC Sierra, Denali). I called the Service Dept. and Dalton answered. I asked for a towing service the dealership used and explained the issue. He told me he believed he knew what caused the truck to stop (Recall item - file pump regulator). He truly is the example of friendly courteous service that an employer could ask for. Also example of under promise and over deliver. He called me the next morning advising he had my truck and would create the service ticket for work to commence. He said he would try to get the work completed that day and he did. He dealt with our insurance company with speed and efficiency and his people skills are excellent. James Morse at Ron Anderson saved my 2019 Chevrolet Spark from being declared a total loss. I originally took my car to Caliber Collision after the insurance adjuster advised me to choose the body shop with the best Google reviews. Caliber recommended that the vehicle be considered a total loss after a visual inspection. I decided to get a second opinion at Ron Anderson. James put my car on a frame machine, took actual measurements, found no damage to the suspension or wheel end, and determined that the quarter panel was 100% repairable. He prepared a repair estimate about $2,300 lower than Caliber’s and stood behind it. Based on his inspection and repair plan, the insurance company ultimately changed course and proceeded with a repair settlement instead of a total-loss settlement. Throughout the process, James was professional, reassuring, responsive, and genuinely focused on helping me save my car. If you’re looking for a body shop you can trust—especially when an insurance company or another shop is telling you your car may be a total loss—I highly recommend James Morse and Ron Anderson.
