Our 2019 Suburban lost the pully from the water pump on I-95 just outside Jacksonville. We we're headed to the mountains of NC (a 9 hr drive from Port Canaveral). The guys at Ron Andersons got us a tow, put 2 guys on the job (they about to close) and got us out the door safely in 3 hrs! They were already very busy for a saturday and were even working on another couples vehicle that broke down just b4 us. They really did a great job of making us a priority and giving that little bit extra to a couple of very nervous travelers (we've all heard of those horrible stories from other people breaking down on some road several states away from home)! Very grateful to Harry and the Service Manager, they saved our butts! Don't know how to thank them more except to give them an awesome review. 10 STARS!

We took our truck to a dealership for our repairs thinking that would be the best place..BOY WAS I WRONG!!! Quoted 2200.00 FOR A fuel module and 8 new glow plugs only one was bad... Ended up paying $4950.00 because they broke off one of the glow plugs while changing.. PRECEEDED TO CHARGE US AND TREAT US TERRIBLE...IT WAS QUOTED ONE WEEK... they had our for SEVEN WEEKS...no updates until we called CEO OF CHEVROLET IN DETROIT... MY HUSBAND WANTED TO START THE TRUCK BEFORE HE PAID.. THEY THREATENED TO CALL POLICE IF HE LEFT WITH IT...WTH IS THAT.. People of YULEE,FL stay away from this place!!! THEY ONLY DID 4 GLOW PLUGS N A FUEL MOSDULE ENDED UP $4950.00 . THEY REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY And broke fuse box plastic and a few other plastic under hood and DISCONNECTED OUR 109 GALLON FUEL TANK IN THE BED OF OUR ( i thinking on purpose)... MY HUSBAND WILL BE FIXING THOSE THINGS , WE JUST WANTED OOR TRUCK BACK
I recommend seeing John Boatright if you are looking for your next vehicle.. He explained everything to us and never pressured me one time. I'm telling everyone about him. He's just down right a great person to do business with...I KNOW AND IM SORRY MY DAUGHTER DROVE YOU CRAZY.....LOL.Thanks so much John!!!

Edited review 5/31/25-General Manager Aleesa reached out to me directly. Arranged an appt and provided a car to drive while services being done. She was incredibly helpful and showed that this dealership really takes care of their customers. Made an Appointment weeks in advance to have my oil changed. I arrived at my scheduled time of 10am. Told the service advisor I was going to Walmart and i’d be backed as I had a birthday party to attend at 1pm. I retuned at noon only to find that my car had not been touched. 2 hours after my scheduled appointment my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I’m a super busy person and taking the time to drop off my car took advance planning. Ben the service advisor acted like it was my fault because I wasn’t able to leave my car there for 8 hours (all day) to have a simple oil change. I left with no oil change. Funny that this was the free maintenance Chevy offers. That’s one way to not stand by your promise, make it impossible to get the service done. I need to add that a year later I’m still trying to get my 2nd key that should have been given to me the day I bought the Car in June 2024. I guess it takes 6 months to order a replacement key that the dealership could not find. Needless to say avoid avoid avoid!
Edited- General Manager Aleesa & Service Manager made everything right and were incredibly helpful. I will give this dealership another chance. Good Management can make all the difference. Bought new Vehicle from Ron Anderson in June 2024 and They still have not given me my 2nd key to it. I’ve visited and called the dealership a dozen times. They do don’t seem to think it is important. I also never got the car washed and the car was in empty when I left the lot. They promised they would do these things at a later date and it never happened. I scheduled my first maintenance appt 4 weeks in advance for today at 10am. Dropped the car off at 10am and told Ben I’d be back shortly. I returned 2 HOURS later and they hadn’t started the simple oil change I requested. Avoid this dealership unless you want to be disappointed over and over again. You would think after the key situation they would at least change the oil during the Appt I made. I was told Id need to leave the car there for the entire day to have the oil changed, that’s absurd. So much for getting the free oil change they promised. I should t be surprised.

If I could give negative stars it would be -5. Charged me 5000 to fix AC system and did not fix the problem. While they had it apart I asked to change all of my blend door actuators. They did not do it now they want to charge me 1500 to 2000 more to change a blend door. Never use the place they will just rip you off and not fix your problem.
Sales vs. Service Center customer service comparison. My overall customer service experiences between the two departments were night and day. My experience with Sales was exceptional. Whereas service center experience was well below satisfactory borderline terrible with multiple messages containing questions about repairs, rental procurement process through warranty and multiple requests for the reservation info going unanswered. Add that to the zero calls I received about updates or to provide requested information. This lack of communication resulted outgoing calls numbered in the double digits with only three answered, and ultimately led to me having to take off work early in order to stop by and get answers face to face, .
Very easy transaction. Very transparent with no back and forth. Only suggestion would be to improve paperwork process though electronic docusign, etc to minimize time at the dealership
